What are excess waste bags?
Excess waste bags are Watford Borough Council branded purple rubbish sacks that can be used for those occasions when you have more rubbish than will fit inside your black bin. Leave the sacks next to your black bin on your normal bin day for collection, the crew will only take extra rubbish that is contained within the purple sacks - no extra rubbish or black sacks will be taken.
How to get excess waste sacks
Sacks cost £3.02 each and can be bought over the phone from Veolia on 0203 567 6900 who will post them to you (with an additional postage charge).
