Nightlight
NightLight is a countywide out-of-hours mental health crisis service providing a safe and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing a crisis. The NightLight weekend Crisis Centre provide a safe, homely and welcoming space for people who are feeling distressed and experiencing a crisis.
Opening hours: 7:00pm to 1:00am, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

Keeping active is great for your mental health. Watford’s Healthy Hub provides free information, advice and support to help you stay healthy and well.
Wat's On
Looking for free activities to keep the kids active this summer? Wat’s On 2022 offers drama workshops, sport activities, arts and crafts and stage and film schools for young people from 5-15 years from July to August.

We offer a free, anonymous community where you can share how you're feeling, listen to other people's feelings and be heard by others to help with your own mental health support.
