Visit the town hall
To facilitate the refurbishment of the Town Hall, starting on Monday 5 February, the entrance to the Town Hall/Customer Service Centre, located opposite the Library, will no longer be in use.
The Customer Service Centre will operate from a reduced area accessible only through the rear/car park entrance. Clear signage will be in place to guide customers.
The town hall is open for you to come in to use the self-help computers and phones in reception to access support and council services.
If you need to speak to a member of staff in person, you must arrange an appointment.
The works are anticipated to be completed by early 2025.

Monday: 9am to 1pm
Tuesday: 1pm to 5pm (closed Tuesday 19 November)
Wednesday: 10am to 2pm
Thursday: 1pm to 5pm
Friday: 9am to 1pm
Weekends and public holidays: Closed
