Improving your computer skills

Improving your computer skills - available courses

Navigating the world of digital can be challenging, even for seasoned experts with all the right equipment. Here are some courses and support that could help you:

In-person support

Staying connected

W3RT's 'Staying Connected' digital inclusion project is aimed at supporting people to get online and develop their digital skills to improve their health and wellbeing.

Our Digital Champions provide free one-to-one support, helping teach online skills such as online shopping, how to attend medical appointments, classes and other online activities, and how to communicate with friends and family through Zoom/Skype/WhatsApp.

See the Staying Connected section for more information and to apply for the scheme.

Digital inclusion for older people

Digital inclusion for older people is a friendly informal session for those who are over 50 and want advice on how to use their devices such as a smartphone, laptop or iPad etc.

Sessions are: Tuesday 11am to 12pm
