Due to a technical issue, we have not been able to access any on-line claim forms that have been submitted since 22 December 2023.
The cause of the issue has been identified and a resolution is being worked on and we hope to have the problem fixed in the next few days.
The issue does not stop you completing or submitting the form.
As a workaround until the issue is resolved, and in order not to cause any delay, please email us the PDF version of the form you have completed on-line, and we can use this to proceed with your claim. We may contact you if we need further information or clarification.
If you have completed a benefit claim form i.e. to claim Council Tax Support, or if you have completed a Revenues claim form i.e. for a discount or exemption, please email the form to counciltax@watford.gov.uk.
