This milestone victory underscores the growing success of the Watford Community Lottery, which was established to bolster local causes and provide residents with the opportunity to win exciting prizes while giving back to their community. Since its inception in June 2023, the Watford Community Lottery has raised an impressive £25,904.40 for various local charities.

The lottery, which boasts better odds than national lotteries, has already produced two £250 winners and numerous £25 winners. With tickets priced at just £1 per week, players have a 1 in 50 chance of winning a prize each week, with the potential to bag the top prize of £25,000.
Importantly, the Watford Community Lottery is designed to maximise its impact on the community, with 60p from every £1 ticket sold allocated to support local causes in Watford. This allocation significantly surpasses the contributions of traditional lotteries, with 25% of proceeds from the National Lottery dedicated to good causes.
