Move Through Menopause - Group Community Exercise Classes
Join Everyone Active for their community classes at Meriden Community Centre. The classes use only body-weight exercises, in a supportive and welcoming environment, aimed at women looking to find ways to support their journey through menopause.
To secure your space, change your centre location to 'Watford Community Outreach' on the Everyone Active app or website. If you have any queries, please email watfordactivecommunities@everyoneactive.com
