The local community is invited to a free open weekend at two leisure centres in Watford, on Saturday 18 January and Sunday 19 January 2025.
Managed by Everyone Active in partnership with Watford Borough Council, Watford Leisure Centre – Woodside and Watford Central Leisure Centre will both be offering an array of free activities, suitable for the whole family.
Watford Woodside will kick off the open weekend on Saturday 18 January offering Fitness Classes such as Body Pump, Body Combat and Body Attack, Virtual Classes, Family Swim sessions and inflatables, Mini Gymnastics for 3-5 year olds and Gymnastics for 6-15 year olds, alongside Badminton and Pickleball.
The following day, on Sunday 19 January, Watford Central Leisure Centre will continue the celebration with more free activities including Fitness Classes such as Body Pump, Boxing Fitness, Yoga, Zumba, Virtual Classes and Family Swim Sessions, alongside Badminton and Pickleball
Free face painting and bouncy castle sessions will also be available at both centres throughout the open weekend.
For customers eager to take on a new year challenge, Gym Challenges and Taster sessions with certified personal trainers will also be available.
