Recycle these plastics in your blue-lidded bin:

  • Plastic bottles
  • Plastic tubs e.g. butter/margarine tub
  • Plastic pots e.g. yogurt pots

Plastics you can't recycle

Please don't put these plastics in your blue-lidded bin as they are not currently recyclable:

  • Cling film
  • Carrier bags
  • Salad and bread bags
  • Sweet wrappers
  • Crisp packets
  • Polystyrene of any kind
  • Biodegradable plastics
