Retrofit Project Management Framework
Our framework offers a fast and cost-effective way to procure Retrofit Project Management. It will help Local Authorities and Social Housing Providers in Hertfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
We have appointed four well known contractors to suit different needs and preferences. Each have successfully delivered many vast retrofit home improvement projects. They may be appointed directly or through mini-competition.
The framework also provides an option for an independent energy advice line service. Our partner, the National Energy Foundation, is already widely used across the region.
