On Monday 8 May, there will be a variety of opportunities for everyone to participate in, regardless of their strengths. Whether it's simply providing companionship for someone in need or volunteering for a charity, the more individuals who participate, the greater the impact we can make.
Whether you can spare just an hour or an entire day, your efforts will be greatly appreciated. And if you're able to make it a regular commitment, even better! By each doing our part, we can make a significant difference.
