Council owned land and property
The council's Land and Property register (XLS 1.41 MB) contains details of all our land and building assets (excluding social housing). It is updated on an annual basis.
The responsibility for the borough's housing stock lies with Watford Community Housing Trust.
If you cannot find the land or building you are looking for please refer your enquiry to the Land Registry.
Commercial space to let or purchase
The Council does not keep a list of available commercial space to let. Please direct any inquires regarding our commercial portfolio to our managing agents, Lambert Smith Hampton.
Assets are either disposed of at auction or by private treaty through our professional advisers or other agents.
