Responsible authorities
Below you can find the details of the responsible authorities who need to be provided with notices of applications and copies of applications (where appropriate) under the Gambling Act 2005.
Where the application is for the transfer or reinstatement of a premises licence, notice must be given to the Gambling Commission, the Police, Hertfordshire Safeguarding Children Partnership and HM Revenue & Customs.
The original application must always be submitted to the licensing authority at Watford Borough Council.
