Rent payments
We try to source properties where the rent is within the Local Housing Allowance (LHA) limits, however, in many cases the rent is above LHA.
Occasionally, we can assist with the difference, depending on how much is required and how much has already been contributed towards securing the property.
You should be mindful from the outset that you will be responsible for the full rent. Just because you are on a low income or in receipt of benefits does not automatically mean you will qualify for the full LHA entitlement.
