At the end of a tenancy
The tenancy can be renewed, providing all parties are happy. This can be repeated as many times as required.
Before the tenancy is renewed, we will visit the property to check the condition, check the rent is up to date and remains affordable, and collect any new safety certificates required.
It is important not to sign the new tenancy agreement before all of the above is checked.
If you wish to leave the property, you will need to give the appropriate notice as set out in your tenancy agreement.
You should talk to your landlord before giving notice and must ensure you have somewhere to move to.
